Our bands are produced with the highest quality materials – and also go through a rigorous quality assurance process. On the rare occasion that there could be a faulty band – we offer a 6-month warranty. If you receive a faulty band, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

We do not currently offer exchanges on any products. Returns are accepted within 14 business days, for unopened, unused products. A full refund excluding shipping costs will be made once the order is received and reviewed. Please contact email@example.com for details of how to return your order.
