1. Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Our bands are produced with the highest quality materials – and also go through a rigorous quality assurance process. On the rare occasion that there could be a faulty band – we offer a 6-month warranty. If you receive a faulty band, please contact us at contact@flagofitness.net.

2. How do I take care of my bands to ensure they last as long as possible?

3. Can I return or exchange my order?

We do not currently offer exchanges on any products. Returns are accepted within 14 business days, for unopened, unused products. A full refund excluding shipping costs will be made once the order is received and reviewed. Please contact contact@flagofitness.net for details of how to return your order.

5. Shipping

US shipping: 2-5 business days

International shipping: 5-10 business days (delays are possible due to Covid)
